Local American Recipe Ingredients :
1 c White cornmeal
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Red pepper
1/2 c Bacon drippings
1 c Yellow cornmeal
Green cornhusks
1 c Boiling water
Local American Recipe Instructions
Blend dry fixings; add bubbling water and bacon drippings. Structure into little rolls and envelop by green cornhusks. Heat at 350 degrees for 60 minutes. Makes 12 individual breads...enjoy it !
