Isleta Pueblo Lamb Roll 

Local American Recipe Ingredients :

1 1/2 lbs ground sheep (meat might be subbed)
1 1/2 t salt
1/8 t pepper
1 garlic bud, crushed
1 medium onion, cleaved
2/3 c milk
1 broiled green chile, stripped, cultivated, and hacked
1/2 c squashed corn chips or toasted tortillas, ground to fine pieces
1 1/2 c new corn cut from cob, or 12-oz might entire portion at any point corn
1/4 c catsup

Local American Recipe Instructions:

 Combine as one sheep, scraps, onion, milk and flavors. Pat or carry out to a 12-inch square. Consolidate corn and green chile. Spread over meat and roll to a chamber, fixing edge and finishes. Put on rack in revealed skillet and prepare at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Brush all sides with catsup, and heat for an additional 30 minutes. Cool.
